Dyneema Running Shoes and Gear

An ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber, originally developed by DSM and often described as 15 times stronger than steel by weight. In running gear it shows up as abrasion-resistant shoe uppers (norda built its whole line around it) and as Dyneema Composite Fabric (DCF) in ultralight shells.
